Aniston plays his wife, Audrey Spitz, a hairdresser and avid reader of murder mystery novels, while Sandler plays Nick Spitz, an NYPD officer who subsequently transitions into a detective. In addition to reprising his role as the Maharajah, John Kani, a star of the Black Panther film series, also plays Colonel Ulenga.

Murder Mystery 2 Plot
We get a sense of the pair and how they interact (more accurately, how they don’t interact) from the first film. Nick Spitz, a police officer with the NYPD, has been vying for a detective promotion for a long time. His wife Audrey works in the hair industry and adores murder-mystery books.
Even though they had been married for 15 years, Nick never fulfilled his promise to his wife to take her on the lavish foreign honeymoon they had planned. Finally, on their 15th wedding anniversary, they accomplish living their trip fantasies.
Nevertheless, as luck would have it, their postponed honeymoon turns out to be a tumultuous journey of murder and mayhem, and their trip becomes a case of a missing person. Following the previous film’s events, Nick and Audrey are now private detectives and run an agency in the sequel.
The Spitz decided to become full-time detectives after their last trip’s exhilarating encounter. However, when there aren’t enough clients or cases, it might be difficult to stay in business.
