“The Price of Confession” (literal title) could have Kim Ji Won and Jeon Do Yeon as actors! Someone in the media said on January 9 that Kim Ji Won is presently working to fit filming “The Price of Confession” into her schedule after receiving an offer to star in the film.
‘The Price of Confession’ is one of the projects she has received an offer for,” Kim Ji Won’s agency HighZium Studio said in reaction to the news. Following the departures of Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee from the mystery thriller drama, Jeon Do Yeon was reportedly in talks to take over the lead role in December.

“The Price of Confession” tells the brutal story of two women entangled in a murder investigation. At first, “Descendants of the Sun” director Lee Eung Bok was supposed to direct the drama. But in January 2023, he turned down the offer because of scheduling issues, and the project’s trajectory changed. Lee Jung Hyo, known for his work on “Crash Landing on You” and “Doona!”, is currently the director in charge. You must have been aware that the name Ji Sung and Jeon Mi Do have been cast in a new drama and that’s going to be a blast.
Rumors about Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee’s involvement with the drama first surfaced in 2022. When they posted a photo on Instagram Stories in March 2023 with the caption “The Price of Confession,” it sparked curiosity about their partnership.
