Known for their tight relationship, the Wooga Squad is comprised of South Korean singers BTS’s V, Park Seo-joon, Choi Woo-shik, musician Peakboy, and singer-actor Park Hyung-sik.
During an interview with Hong Kong actress-host Carol Cheng on The Do Show, Park Hyung-sik discussed the intricacies of their close friendship group.
Why Park Hyung-sik Calls BTS V Immature Maknae?
Using the analogy of a family, Park Hyung-sik characterized Park Seo-joon as the breadwinner and Peakboy as the elder sibling. He gave Choi Woo-shik the role of the naughty, carefree second son who doesn’t always play by the book, and V the role of the immature, younger brother.
When asked about their familial ties, he compared Seo-Joon to a father and Peakboy to an eldest son. V represents the immature maknae (youngest sibling in the family), while Woo-shik represents the irreverent and naughty second son.

Hyung-Sik admitted that he ended up playing a nurturing role, similar to a mother figure, in the group. He reflected on how this duty evolved organically and said that he began to take better care of and provide a hand to his pals.
He made it clear that he didn’t set out to be their caretaker, but that he grew into the role as he provided them with support and affection. In an interview, Hyung-Sik discussed her feelings of assuming a more maternal position. I didn’t set out to aid these people, but I found myself caring for them and their needs.
The members of this group have been friends for a long time, and they always make sure to celebrate each other’s milestones—birthdays, movie premieres, and group trips—by going on excursions together.
Once Park Hyung-Sik also confessed that Taehyung always pressured him to listen to his songs every time. To know more details about Wooga Squad you can join us on our Twitter account.
