Yuqi, who sings well and dances the most in (G) I-DLE, will start her singing career alone in Korea in April. Cube Entertainment, on March 22nd, said this is happening. In 2021, the singer focused mainly on promoting themselves as a solo musician. They released an album called A Page, which featured popular songs like ‘Giant’ and ‘Bonnie & Clyde’.
She took part in a Chinese music show called Stage Boom. She also made a song called “Salute to the Heroes” for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games.
Yuqi from (G)I-DLE will be the third member to debut solo in Korea. Soyeon, the leader, debuted solo before joining the group in 2017. Miyeon, another member, released her first solo record in 2022.
