This platform fosters competition among guest streamers by displaying their real-time donations during broadcasts, encouraging them to garner more donations. The term “Excel” comes from how streamers’ names are presented, akin to organizing them in an Excel spreadsheet.
397,561,870 star balloons equate to a significant amount of 397,561,700 KRW (~292,000 USD) when converted into real currency. AfreecaTV receives a 20% commission from this sum, leaving 318,481,496 KRW (~233,482.38 USD) to be distributed among the streamers involved in Excel Broadcasting.

Commander ZICO’s influence has surpassed that of well-known streamers like ChulGu (Lee Ye Jun), K (Park Jung Kyu), Kim In Ho, and Seya (Park Dae Se). Recently, he shared surprising news: his upcoming marriage to a female streamer named Jingjing Seoeun (Cho Seo Eun, born 1999), who happens to be 19 years younger than him.
