Aoharu x Machinegun Season 2 Release Date, Cast And Everything You Need To Know

To the publishers’ delight, the Aoharu x Machinegun manga series by NAOE has proven to be a hugely successful undertaking. Over the course of nearly seven years, it was read by millions.

In spite of the manga’s success, it concluded in August 2019. It’s possible that this will have an impact on the anime adaptation’s future. The second season of Aoharu x Machinegun has not yet been renewed by Studio Brian’s Base.

Is it ever going to come out? Is there any chance that it will ever return? The following information is all you require.

The manga series Aoharu x Machinegun, also called Aoharu x Kikanjuu, by NAOE, was the original source of the anime’s characters. As of June 2012, it was being serialized in Gangan Comics‘ shounen manga magazine, and the full-length series was launched in 2013.

A few years later, Brian’s Base, a well-known animation studio, developed an anime version of the manga. During the summer and fall of 2015, the show was broadcast in Japan on TV Tokyo. Sentai Filmworks and AnimeLab distributed the episodes to a global audience.

Aoharu x Machinegun Season 2 Release

The second season of the anime has been anticipated by fans for the past five years. Its producers have yet to give the go-ahead for a sequel. No matter how long it takes, even if they renew it straight away, a new installment might not be on the big screen for years. Mid-2022 is the most likely date for the game’s release.

Aoharu x Machinegun Season 2 Cast

High school Student Council President Hotaru is renowned for her raw strength, quick reflexes, and a strong sense of fairness. She asserts that she will not allow “evil-doers” to get away with their terrible activities, and is known for her love of fighting for the right thing to do.

Masamune is a host who introduced Hotaru to the “Survival Games” universe. They create an alliance named the “Toy & Gun Gun Team” with Tooru, their childhood friend. He doesn’t know that Hotaru is actually a girl.

Sexy manga artist Tooru is known for his work. He’s a childhood buddy of Masamune’s, and they both had the same goal of playing professional soccer when they were younger. As a matter of fact, he shares an apartment building with his fellow team members.

It wasn’t until Hotaru blamed Masamune for making her despise survival games that Haruki joined Toy Gun Gun. It’s no secret that during TGC, Haruki felt outmatched by his younger twin brother Haruka and quit the squad.

Doctor Nagamasa leads the team Hoshishiro in the survival game, which is also the name of the hospital where he and his teammates Fujimon and Ichi work. Tooru and Masamune’s animosity is based on what happened in the past, and he appears to be a decent man at first glance.

He goes by the moniker Fujimon and is a member of the Hoshishiro group who works at the hospital with the rest of the group. Although his weapon weighs quite a bit, his speed and agility are unaffected. Hotaru and the Toy Gun Gun members are always on his mind, and he gets along well with them because of his sincere and laid-back demeanor.

Hoshishiro’s sniper, Ichi, is his right-hand man. When I saw her in the hospital, I assumed she was working there too. After Haruka’s departure, she was brought in as the team’s newest member. Nagamasa’s background with Masamune is unknown to her, as is the team’s history.

It was formerly the third member of Hoshishiro until Haruki quit playing survival games. Haruka is his younger twin brother. Haruka has a crush on his brother and feels sorry for making Haruki give up survival games because of him. His disdain for Nagamasa is unlike the other members of the team’s distrust of him because he can’t figure out exactly what’s going on with him. Haruharu is a derogatory term for his brother, which he despises when it is used by others.

Aoharu x Machinegun Season 2 Storyline

Aoharu x Machinegun, a new shounen anime, combines action, comedy, and sports. In the anime series Aoharu x Machinegun, Hotaru Tachibana is introduced to the audience. After hearing allegations that a popular club host had duped one of her closest friends, she decided to investigate.

At the start of her visit, Masamune Matsuoka presented her with an unusual challenge: a “survival game” in which the first person hit by a toy gun’s bullet loses.

For the sake of atoning for the devastation Hotaru has caused, the team leader, Masamune, has forced her to join the survival game squad. To begin with, she was uninterested, but over time she came to understand the benefits of working together as a group. A survival game event in Japan called Top Combat Gaming (TCG) was their ultimate goal, so they worked together to win.

Is Hotaru’s allegiance to the survival game squad questionable? On the survival game team, there are no females allowed. She’s a terrible gamer, in my opinion.

On a volume-by-volume basis, this first season of the anime covers less than half of Aoharu x Kikanjuu. Volumes one through eighteen of NAOE’s best-known manga may be found in bookstores. For Aoharu x Machinegun Season 2, there will be no shortage of content. There are lots of manga volumes to pick from during the third and fourth seasons (only if they get renewed).

Final Lines

With its action-comedy finale, the first season left viewers with many questions. As soon as the final episode aired in September 2015, people were keen to know what would happen next. In this way, the demand for a new season becomes more pressing by the day.

It’s a pity that Brian’s Base hasn’t yet announced plans for a sequel. However, this does not imply that it will be discontinued at this time.

In anime, it takes a long time for a show to make a reappearance. For some, it is possible to take up to five years off. One-Punch Man, Psycho-Pass, and Attack on Titan are all included in the top ten best anime of all time. It is possible to save Aoharu x Machinegun Season 2 until an official statement is made about its discontinuation.

One thing that could jeopardize the anime’s long-term success is the original material itself. As far as anime adaptations go, they’re often used to promote the content of the original. There are therefore very few sequel episodes and typically a cancellation of adaptations once the light novel or manga has finished its run in the media.

This year’s Aoharu x Kikanjuu manga was officially canceled in August, which is a great bummer for fans.

The more you read, the better.
