As of January 27th and 28th, at Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium, ATEEZ’s ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER’ globe tour premiered to a rave review. Selling out both nights of the 2024 world tour stop in Seoul for ATEEZ’s ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER’ showcased the group’s enormous popularity and ticket-selling prowess.
As the show started, ATEEZ wowed the crowd by descending from a lofty 16-meter tower. The first single “Crazy Form” off their sophomore studio album “THE WORLD EP.FIN: WILL” dominated the US “Billboard 200” and the UK “Official Album Chart,” setting the mood for an electric performance.
Hits including “Say My Name,” “Guerrilla (Flag Ver.),” and “BOUNCY (K-HOT CHILLI PEPPERS)” were performed by the group. Songs like “Silver Light,” “ARRIBA,” and “DJANGO” introduced new stages. The audience was happy the whole time thanks to 25 different songs, including medleys.
ATEEZ has also set up unique stages for this performance. The eight-member group played a range of group and solo songs, including “MATZ,” “It’s You,” “Youth,” and “Everything,” showcasing the individual talents of each member and evoking an enthusiastic reaction from the audience.
Showing off their impressive stage presence, ATEEZ confidently moved around the stage, radiating boundless energy and delivering impressive performances with ease. They showed once again why they were ‘ masters of the stage’ with their spectacular live singing and creative use of stage props like scarves, feathers, and chairs.
The VCRs that ran like a movie, the lighting, the fireworks, and the LEDs added depth and fascination to every performance, and the stage transitions were flawless. The band members worked tirelessly to prepare for the show, with each member pitching in with ideas for every detail, and the audience went absolutely wild for it.
With chant-along and slogan events, the audience became actively involved throughout the presentation, making memories that would last a lifetime. The group was profoundly touched by a surprise video letter on the last day that had handwritten greetings from fans.
“This year is ATEEZ’s year of proof,” ATEEZ declared. As artists, we will be known for our powerful performances. “Our fans are the ones that keep us going, and we couldn’t be happier for them,” they went on to say.
