Avatar 2 Is So Popular Now-a-days But Why? Complete Storyline Expalined

Avatar 2 is an American epic science fiction film directed by James Cameron and produced by 20th Century Studios. It is the second instalment in Cameron’s Avatar series, after Avatar: The Last Airbender (2009). Cameron is co-producing the film with Jon Landau, and Josh Friedman was originally announced as Cameron’s co-writer.

However, it was later revealed that Cameron, Friedman, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver, and Shane Salerno all participated in the writing process of all sequels before being attributed separate scripts, making the final writing credits for the films unclear.

Members of the first film’s cast, including Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Giovanni Ribisi, Joel David Moore, Dileep Rao, CCH Pounder, and Matt Gerald, will reprise their roles in the sequel, with Sigourney Weaver appearing in a new role.  Kate Winslet, Cliff Curtis, Edie Falco, Brendan Cowell, Michelle Yeoh, Jemaine Clement, Oona Chaplin, Vin Diesel, and CJ Jones are among the newcomers to the cast of the film.

In 2010, after the enormous success of the original film, Cameron announced the first two sequels, with Avatar 2 aiming for a 2014 release. Cameron had previously mentioned in 2006 that he would want to develop sequels to Avatar if it was a success, and the first two sequels were confirmed in 2010.

Although three more sequels were later added to the project, as well as the need to develop new technology in order to film underwater performance capture scenes, a feat that had never been done before, the project was delayed significantly in order to give the crew more time to work on the writing, pre-production, and visual effects for the film. After eight postponements, the film’s theatrical release finally took place on July 23, 2020.

It is currently scheduled for release on December 16, 2022, with the following three sequels following on December 20, 2024, December 18, 2026, and December 22, 2028, according to the official release schedule.

In Manhattan Beach, California, preliminary shooting for the film began on August 15, 2017, and principle photography began on September 25, 2017, concurrently with Avatar 3 in New Zealand. Filming for the film was completed in late September 2020, after more than three years on set.

On August30,2021, Landau confirmed that Simon Franglen, who had worked on the original original film as producer of both the score and the original song “I See You,” as well as arranger of the electronic music parts of the score, would compose the score for the Avatar sequels.

Franglen had previously worked on the original film as producer of both the score and the original song “I See You,” and as arranger of the electronic music parts of the score. Franglen was believed to be working on new tracks for Avatar 2 and Avatar 3. This was confirmed in December of this year. A year before his death in a plane accident in June of 2015, it was rumoured that the original film’s composer, James Horner, had been hired to create music for the series reboot.

To tie together the four Avatar sequels, beginning with Avatar 2, Steven Gould has been engaged to write four books based on them.

According to multiple media sites, many possible Avatar sequel names, including Avatar: The Way of Water for Avatar 2, have surfaced. However, Cameron has stated that the titles listed are “among those that are being considered, but no final choices have been made yet.”
