On February 7, Mystic Story announced “Billlie will release their fourth mini-album at the end of March. You will be able to meet Billlie’s unique musicality and deeper story.” ‘the Billage of Perception: Chapter Two’ was the band’s last release before this one, which puts its arrival date at around 7 months from now.

South Korean girl group Billlie (Korean: RR: Billi; styled as Bi11lie or Billl) was created by Mystic Story. On November 10, 2021, Billlie released his first EP, The Billage of Perception: Chapter One. Six people, including Moon Sua, Suhyeon, Haram, Tsuki, Siyoon, and Haruna, formed the band first. Sheon, the group’s seventh member, came on board later.
The name Billlie has three Ls because it might be pronounced as Bi11lie, a combination of the Korean word for rain (Bi) with the numbers 11 and 11. The members of the group have a legend that goes, “When the 11th bell rings in the middle of a purple rain, something unusual happens,” and they all lie about what actually happened in order to keep it a secret, hence the name of the group, “11.
