Blacklink Jennie Car Collection: BLACKPINK’s Jennie Kim has unveiled her custom-made dream car, based on the Taycan 4S Cross Turismo, in conjunction with Porsche Korea and the Sonderwunsch program. The 26-year-old JENNIE, whose real name is Jennie Ruby Jane, is a member of the hugely successful Korean girl group BLACKPINK.
As a lone rap and K-pop (Korean pop music) performer, she has also amassed a sizable fanbase. She designed the “Jennie Ruby Jane” emblem and added subtle accents of “Paint to Sample” Meissenblue to the outside and inside of the car. Named the “Taycan 4S Cross Turismo for Jennie Ruby Jane” and painted a sleek black, this vehicle is truly a work of art.
This Sonderwunsch prototype will be unveiled in ‘the Sonderwunsch Haus’ in Seoul, South Korea, where BLACKPINK’s world tour will kick off. Porsche’s Individualization and Classics Vice President “JENNIE had extremely particular images of her ideal Porsche,” Alexander Fang said. The level of effort and enthusiasm put into the partnership was commensurate.
Collaborating with clients from other countries on such innovative initiatives is extremely rewarding. In this situation, we encountered unique difficulties that strengthened our team and ensured we could fulfill even the most imaginative requests.
The Taycan 4S Cross Turismo resulted from a multi-hour digital workshop between the Sonderwunsch team of Porsche Exclusive manufaktur, the Style Porsche design department, and JENNIE.
Inspiring Collaboration And Creative Exchange
This one-of-a-kind vehicle was built by the Sonderwunsch team at Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur facility in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen. “As a professional artist, JENNIE is accustomed to working with others. She brought a mood board to the meeting that illustrated the concepts and showed how they were received, as revealed by Grant Larson.
Larson has been with Style Porsche since 1989, and in that time, he has held the position of project manager for special projects. One of the areas in which he has worked is the Sonderwunsch division of the design team. JENNIE continued, “Working with so many talented people on my own Porsche was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

I am happy with my contribution to the visual representation of clouds. The sky and the clouds are my companions when I travel; they are an excellent representation of the varied and fascinating places I’ve seen and the people I’ve met. That’s why I have such a deep appreciation for them and why I love taking pictures of natural patterns so much.
As the CEO of Porsche Korea, Holger Gerrmann, put it, “It was thrilling to collaborate with JENNIE from BLACKPINK on Porsche Korea’s first Sonderwunsch initiative. JENNIE is a symbol of Korea’s ‘Generation Z’ and its young, innovative opinion leaders worldwide. Her dedication and creativity, which she put into her own Porsche, astonished me.
We want to help people from all walks of life realize their vision of the ideal sports automobile with our new Sonderwunsch program.
Simplicity was a design goal for the Taycan’s exterior. They gave the 21-inch Exclusive Design wheels a Meissenblue coating, a stunning contrast to the metallic black paint job. The “Electric” inscription on the driver’s door, the cloud emblems on the B-pillars, and the model name on the trunk all share this unique blue color.
The front door entry guards are illuminated with her full name, “Jennie Ruby Jane,” while the back door guards are illuminated with her nickname, “NiNi.” By JENNIE’s request, they adapted the 911 generation’s fonts (Type 992). The clouds are projected from the front door logo projectors onto the pavement.
Both the artist’s name and “Sonderwunsch” are emblazoned on the hub covers. They used a sophisticated color palette of black, crayon, and Meissen blue for the interior. It has Crayon upholstery and a Crayon dashboard top. Meissen blue is used for the borders of the air vents, the door panel trim, the cup holders, and the top center marking on the steering wheel’s rim.
JENNIE herself drew the cloud patterns on the headrests. A custom indoor car cover matching this pattern is also available. One adorable custom addition to his Taycan that exemplifies the care and consideration given to this project is the black dog box for JENNIE’s beloved Pomeranian “Kuma,” which means “bear” in Japanese.
Like other parts of the vehicle, this box is accented with Meissen Blue, and the front carries the dog’s name. The cloud pattern she created is inside the shipping container.
