Due to the COVID-19 outbreak spreading in China, the release of Bofuri TV anime episode 7 has been postponed by two weeks. A new episode of the show will premiere on March 8.
The second season of the Bofuri TV anime is being developed in part in China, where the animation studio is having trouble due to an outbreak of COVID-19. The fate of Maple and Sally won’t be revealed to fans for a little while longer.
Instead, the first and second episodes of the anime will run on February 22 and March 1, respectively. After March 8, episodes 8 through 10 will air weekly, the production team added. Episodes 11 and 12’s streaming schedule, however, has not yet been determined.
The sad news for fans is that Episode 7 has been postponed by the producers! In the previous one, Maple and her group set out to discover friends. Despite the difficulty of their voyage, the results were ultimately profitable.

Through Crunchyroll and YouTube, Bofuri Season 2 Episode 7 is available to viewers outside of Japan with English subtitles. For Japanese viewers, Bofuri anime episodes are streamed on AT-X and Tokyo MX.

A number of Yuumikan’s light novels serve as the basis for BOFURI. Funimation simultaneously broadcast and released the anime’s first season in January 2020. The second season debuted in January 2023 and has been streamable with an English dub on Crunchyroll ever since. In the hilarious anime BOFURI, a VRMMORPG player who puts all of her stats into defense succeeds in the game despite lacking magic or speed.
BOFURI’s delay is a result of COVID-19, particularly in China. A chunk of the anime is made in China, which is once again facing waves of the virus. Because of this, there was a two-week delay in the episode’s production.
