The album broke a new record for Korean solo acts on Spotify, with over 20.6 million total streams, putting it on the global chart. The album’s debut on the Spotify Global chart was the highest of any Korean solo artist.
RM is the highest-peaking Korean solo performer on the Spotify worldwide artists chart, and he just made his debut there at No. 7 with his new album. RM also holds the record for the highest debut on Spotify’s U.S. artists chart by a Korean singer, with a No. 31 start.
For instance, “Wild Flower,” the album’s title track, peaked at position No. 13 on the global Spotify chart with more than 3.6 million streams in its first week of release. The album’s B-sides also made their debut at the same time.
