BTS V Flaunts ‘7’ Friendship Tattoo in Scorching Mexico Shot

Friendship tattoos and BTS have been all the rage among ARMYs recently. After it came out that everyone in the group had unique “7” friendship tattoos, members began to gradually show off their own ink.

In fact, V of BTS shared the news with an ARMY on Weverse before any of the other members of the group mentioned the tattoo. Even though he had received the notification, V was one of just two members who hadn’t shown off his tattoo correctly.

V of BTS has finally shown off his friendship tattoo, ending months of speculation! V shocked his fans on December 16 by sharing photos from his recent vacation to Mexico. He even drove the internet into turmoil after revealing his bare chest before plunging into the water.

Internet users were most captivated by the last image. After jumping into the water, V once again showed ARMYs his physique in a shirtless photo, just like in the previous video. The one catch was that the idol was hiding his chest with a towel.

But it was a minor detail on V’s leg, not his body, that caused the internet to explode. Close inspection revealed that V’s “7” friendship tattoo was located on his thigh, slightly above his knee, as had been rumored for months.

It wasn’t totally unexpected, though. V posed for a sultry Vogue picture in September. The ARMYs were wondering if the photographs of V’s thighs were his friendship tattoo, but due to the low quality and lack of confirmation from V, everyone was guessing.

After seeing the photos, ARMYs couldn’t believe they finally obtained official confirmation from the idol on his tattoo… and it was exposed in a snapshot during his stay in Mexico where he was practically shirtless.
