Fans are getting a sneak peek at “FRI(END)S” thanks to V. On Saturday, March 9, the member of BTS shared some concept photos for his new solo single and a sneak peek at the official music video.
V eats some leftover takeout by himself in the 35-second teaser, which then cuts to a tumultuous scene at the movies and another when he sits alone in a busy café. A sneak peek at the vocals and instrumentals may be found in the clip.

Like the black-and-white shot up top, V’s “FRI(END)S” concept photos depict the singer alone. On BTS’s Instagram, you can see all six concept photographs for the song.
Over the weekend, the K-pop diva initially revealed that “FRI(END)S” will be released on March 15. Even BTS’s official Instagram account had posted a short V-featured film to hint at “FRI(END)S” earlier.
A press statement from Big Hit Music stated that the song was created entirely in English and had lyrics that were “relatable and clever,” drawing from the pop soul R&B genre. “The announcement’s single artwork showcases the title and release date of the song set against a vibrant pink backdrop, suggesting a sweet and carefree atmosphere.”
