With more than 4.27 million total votes, V maintains his position as the top K-pop idol on ‘K-Pop Juice,’ a site that covers audition information and ranks them. Additionally, he has been crowned the most attractive male for 102 weeks running in the K-Board handsomeness poll, which encompasses all facets of K-culture.
V has been the subject of intense advertising operations in Japan, where he has become an instant hit. V wowed the Japanese people at the Celine renewal event, where she acts as an ambassador for the luxury brand. The Omotesando area of Tokyo, sometimes called the Champs-Elysées of Tokyo, saw its biggest throng ever assembled to see V.

The Japanese were also captivated by an advertising cruise that took place on Osaka’s Dotonbori River in honor of V’s birthday. All of them were unprecedented for a Korean celebrity in Japan and garnered a lot of attention from the country’s advertising outlets.
An additional edition of the prominent Japanese daily Asahi was published in honor of V’s birthday. The streets of Tokyo were filled with trucks that played V’s birthday party video all day and night, capturing the attention of passers-by.
