On March 15 at 1 p.m. KST, the single titled “FRI(END)S” will be made available online. The agency described “FRI(END)S” as a “love song in the pop-soul R&B genre” in its English statement.
Something enchanting about BTS V and his presence is contagious when it comes to music. The South Korean boy band BTS’s second-youngest member, FRI(END)S, is teetering on the edge of a highly awaited musical comeback.
The title alone piques interest, suggesting stories that have not been told yet. Even more, anticipation built up as the concept shot was shown at midnight on March 8th, promising a very unique visual and audio experience.
BTS V Unveils Concept Pictures for FRI(END)S
Kim Taehyung, also known as BTS V, is getting ready to make a musical return while serving in the South Korean Army’s Special Task Force. March 15th will see the release of his album FRI(END)S. Weverse teaser images depict him in vintage, monochrome environs.
All told, there are six concept photos in the set. One remarkable image shows the Winter Bear crooner spewing smoke, which is a representation of his expressive and dynamic style that has become a hallmark of his art.
