V, a member of BTS, is still shattering records with “Fri(end)s” while serving his country in the military.
As of March 22, 2024, the March release “Fri(end)s” pegged No. 13 on the Top 100 Official Singles Chart. Based on the number of streams, downloads, and CD and vinyl sales, the Official Charts Company—the largest music data platform in the UK—runs the chart.
V beat his own top spot for “Slow Dancing,” the opening single from his debut album “Layover.” Just one week after its September release, the single peaked at number twenty-four.
Along with its No. 2 spot on the Official Singles Sales Chart, “Fri(end)s” topped the Official Singles Downloads Chart.

In the meantime, the Top 100 Official Singles Chart saw the continued success of “One of the Girls,” a collaboration between Blackpink member Jennie, The Weeknd, and Lily-Rose Depp, which remained there for an additional 17 weeks.
