For the fantasy series Carnival Row on Prime Video, which is full of enigmatic murders, season 2 represents not just the next chapter but also the conclusion of the story. And this time, Rycroft (Orlando Bloom) doesn’t seem to want to find the flying Faeries, who are the primary suspects.
Vignette (Cara Delevingne) and the Black Raven vow to exact revenge after the humans kill Fauns to demonstrate their seriousness, which could lead to the end of The Row. A flaming, bloody conclusion. When you consider that this is the final season, such stakes make perfect sense.
However, as Tourmaline (Karla Crome) develops superhuman abilities and Imogen (Tamzin Merchant) and Agreus (David Gyasi) stumble into a brand-new society that alters the rules of the game, things become more problematic.

Carnival Row Season 2 Plot
There have been some confirmed details for the Carnival Row season 2 plot, but they are few and far between. Inspector Philostrate is recruited on board to assist with a new set of murder cases that may be connected to Vignette after he left the police force in season 1.
With a fun bit of guerilla warfare, she is now dispensing justice for the human mistreatment of fairy creatures in the first season. As they carry out this tyranny, we also follow Burgue leaders Jonah Breakspear and Sophie Longerbane, eloping interspecies lovers Imogen Spurnrose and Agreus Astrayon, and fairy Tourmaline as she struggles with certain inherited supernatural abilities.
We also know from the trailer that there will be significant amounts of otherworldly monsters, epic fights, and some healthy romance between our two main characters. In one scene from the teaser, airships from the Pact are seen flying over The Burgue, indicating a possible human conflict.
