Anthony Davis’ Performance
Anthony Davis scored 22 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and helped with three assists.
But the Kings’ player, Domantas Sabonis, had a really good game with 17 points, 19 rebounds, and 10 assists.
This was surprising because usually Davis is really good at grabbing rebounds, but this time Sabonis did just as well.
Coach Darvin Ham’s Talk about Davis
After the game, Coach Darvin Ham talked about how Davis played against Sabonis.
He said Sabonis is a good player, but he believes in Davis and thinks he’ll do better next time.
Davis’ Thoughts
Davis said it was tough playing against Sabonis because he’s strong and good at grabbing rebounds.
He said they tried to stop Sabonis from scoring, but they had trouble with defense.
Big Challenges
Even though Davis tried hard, the Kings played really well, both close to the basket and with three-point shots.
This shows that the Lakers struggle against teams with strong players like Sabonis.

They’ll need to figure out how to win more consistently, maybe by Davis playing even better or getting their injured players back.
