A hearing about HYBE’s request to call a general shareholders’ meeting with the intention of removing ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin is scheduled to take place before the Seoul Western District Court.

The court will hold the hearing in secret, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Non-Litigation Case Procedure Act, on April 30, at 4:35 PM KST.
If the court approves the shareholders’ meeting, a notice will be sent out to call an extraordinary general meeting, which must be scheduled within 15 days. HYBE plans to appoint new directors during this meeting to replace the current board, which includes CEO Min. It is estimated that the full process will take about two months.
