Dawn Posts on Social Media: Dawn updated his social media followers recently. On December 9, Dawn stunned his fans by posting a new Instagram story with photographs of him enjoying wonderful food with the phrase, “So this is food.” This was Dawn’s first social media post since breaking up with his longtime girlfriend, HyunA.
Many fans were shocked to see Dawn eat a whole meal because he has a reputation as a picky eater; in fact, HyunA has gone on several talk shows to explain that Dawn simply doesn’t eat too much. When Dawn does post pictures of his meals, they are typical of unremarkable cuisine like plain vegetables.
So, he surprised his fans when he uploaded a photo of himself eating a big dinner after a long fast. Meanwhile, fans were caught off guard by Dawn and HyunA’s sudden split after six years of dating, especially after the couple had shared photographs of their engagement rings online.
HyunA
Hyuna (sometimes spelled HyunA) is the stage name of South Korean singer, composer, rapper, and model Kim Hyun-ah. In February of 2007, she made her entrance as a member of the girl group Wonder Girls.
A short time after leaving the group, Hyuna moved on to join the Cube Entertainment girl group 4Minute. The girl group 4Minute made their debut in June 2009 and quickly rose to prominence. With what she calls “performance-oriented music,” Hyuna launched her solo career in 2010.
“Change,” her first solo effort, peaked at #2 on South Korea’s Gaon Digital Chart. Hyuna’s first extended play Bubble Pop! was released in 2011 and brought her to a broader audience.

More than three million digital copies of the title track were purchased, and her music video for the song broke the record for most views ever by a female solo artist in the history of K-pop with over a hundred million.
Together with an ex-member of Beast Hyunseung, she released the successful single “Trouble Maker” later that same year as a pair called Trouble Maker. Her 2012 appearance in a successful duet cover of Psy’s global smash “Gangnam Style” was followed by the release of her second extended play Melting, which featured the number-one single “Ice Cream.”
The hit songs “Red” and “Roll Deep” were from her subsequent EPs, A Talk and A+. Upon the dissolution of 4Minute in the middle of 2016, she released her fifth EP, Awesome, followed by her first concert tour, The Queen’s Back. Before releasing her sixth EP, Following, in 2017, she formed the trio Triple H with fellow Pentagon members Hui and E’Dawn.
