The table above shows when season 3 of Demon Slayer will come out. However, the date and time are subject to change if the studio announces them in the near future.
The first episode of the Swordsmith Village Arc will be an hour long. The release of the first episode has set the tone for the rest of the season, and a lot of people are curious about the season’s release schedule and how many episodes will be in season 3.
Here is a little breakdown of the series:
The first season of the anime had 26 episodes, which covered the first 54 chapters of the book—the second season covered chapters 55 to 97. In the second half of the second season, the Entertainment District arc was told in 11 episodes that covered 28 chapters of the manga.
So, from chapters 98 to 127, which is 30 episodes, the Swordsmith Village arc should have 12 episodes if the studio keeps up the same tracking pace. Since the anime is based on the book, it is likely that the order will not change.
