Even though the streaming service has yet to confirm whether or not the series has been renewed for a fifth season, we wouldn’t be surprised if we returned to Dreamland for another round of mediaeval mayhem given the large number of cliffhangers we’ve been left with.
In Disenchantment Part Five, there are a lot of unanswered questions, riddles that must be solved, and core characters that are once again in perilous situations.
Everything you need to know about the game’s upcoming release may be found here.
Disenchantment Season 5 Release
Despite the fact that Netflix hasn’t officially renewed the series, we can definitely expect an announcement in the coming months.
There is usually a one-year break between each series, with the third and fourth episodes being released in January 2021 and February 2022, respectively. Based on this information, there is a good chance it will return in early 2023.
Disenchantment Season 5 Cast
It’s safe to assume that all of the original cast members will reprise their roles if the show is brought back.
All of these characters may be found in the cast: Abbi Jacobson (Princess Bean), Eric André (Luci the Demon), Nat Faxon (Eflo), John DiMaggio (King Zg), Sharon Horgan (Queen Dagmar), and Tress MacNeille (The Ogre Queen).

Disenchantment Season 5: What will happen in the fifth Season of Disenchantment?
We were left with more questions than answers in Part Four of Disenchantment, but each unresolved subplot has set the stage for the fifth instalment.
Before Dagmar could even throw her daughter over the sea, Bean had to defeat a wicked dream version of herself (by gruesomely decapitating her). Her mermaid love interest, Mora, looks to have come to her rescue again. It looks like Bean’s friendship with this strange fish woman and Dagmar’s continuous quarrel will get a closer look in part five.
As previously hinted at in Part 4, we can certainly expect to discover more about Bean’s mysterious new abilities in this episode. In one episode, we saw her heal her father Zg’s arm by waving her hand over it, and in the finale, she learned how to blast lightning from her fingertips like a seasoned Sith Lord.
Currently, she only appears to be able to accomplish this in a dream state, but we have a feeling she’ll be able to do it in the real world soon enough.
Outside of Dreamland, King Zg is back on the road after escaping from the mad asylum with a honk of his own. Most likely, he’ll be on the prowl for fugitives like Ursula the Bear Lady and their lovechild Jasper, as well as Derek, Freckles, and Odval, the puppets from Steamland.
Finally, there’s the ongoing investigation into the Elves, Trogs, and Sea Trogs. They are all one species, and Dreamland was once their magical country. There were two distinct factions of Elves, Trogs and Sea Trogs, that were produced after consuming the sacred liquid known as the “Savior’s Goo,” which, according to legend, will one day grant power to the “Savior.”
We expect this mystery to deepen much further in Part Five, and perhaps even reveal the identity of the saviour. This must be Elfo, right?
Notably, this show appears to have an endpoint in sight, indicating that it will not survive as long as Groening’s other iconic inventions The Simpsons and Futurama. Have fun while you can!
Take a deep breath and relax. There’s no trailer for the fifth instalment because it hasn’t been announced yet.
So we may not have to wait long to get a trailer for the new Netflix series. A complete trailer is normally released a month before the series premieres.
