There have been multiple speculations about a romantic relationship between Tao and Xu Yiyang, a former trainee of SM Entertainment, since the year 2020. They were frequently spotted out on dates and visits to each other’s residences, drawing unwanted attention to themselves.
It was reported last month that Tao had made a public declaration of love for Xu Yiyang in a Gangnam nightclub.
