Suho of EXO plays a courageous prince in the upcoming drama “Missing Crown Prince” on MBN!
A Joseon-era romantic comedy, “Missing Crown Prince” follows the abduction of a crown prince by the woman who will later become his wife. A love affair develops between them while they flee for their life. The drama is a sequel to the record-breaking “Bossam: Steal the Fate,” which broke all previous ratings records for MBN.
Crown Prince Lee Geon will be played by EXO member Suho, and Choi Myung Yoon, the sole daughter of the royal physician Choi Sang Rok, will be portrayed by Hong Ye Ji.
New stills from the upcoming drama show King Hae Jong (Jeon Jin Oh) publically scolding his son Lee Geon. In front of a group of court officials, the king scolds Lee Geon firmly as he falls to his knees before him.
Nevertheless, Lee Geon quickly rises to his feet to confront his father, seemingly feeling wronged by the reprimand. The king finds himself speechless as he begins to provide indisputable explanations for his conduct to his father.
Lee Geon’s defiant comment later on makes Hae Jong even more enraged, and he wants to know why the crown prince is getting in trouble—and what the crown prince says to his father, which just makes Hae Jong angrier.

Despite this being Suho’s first main role, the production company of the drama remarked, “His acting skills are making the story even more convincing.” I completely agree. Crown prince Lee Geon’s (the show’s namesake) tumultuous life will be unraveled beginning with the premiere episode.
