Upon leaving, members Saena (Jeong Sehyun), Sio (Jeong Jiho), and Aran (Jeong Eunah) are eagerly searching for a new agency.
Aran, Saena, and Sio’s legal teams have been contacted by the fan club FIGHT FOR FIFI, which represents the three former members of FIFTY FIFTY, to ask how supporters may lend their support to the ongoing legal battles. A statement from the three, which they had allowed to be shared publicly to console and inspire their fans, was given by the lawyer of the former members.
The legal team made it clear that the parties had mutually decided to end their exclusive contracts due to the dispute. Therefore, there is no pressing need for supporters to provide particular legal backing, as they are no longer associated with ATTRAKT.
According to the statement, Jeong Jiho, Jeong Sehyun, and Jeong Eunah are currently focused on getting well and practicing hard as they look for a new agency. As they pledge to quickly return to their fans, they cling to the dream of being prominent musicians that make a positive influence through their music. Even if progress seems slow, they beg for your unwavering faith and encouragement.

In the past, FIFTY FIFTY ended their contracts with management business ATTRAKT by suing them. They asserted that their confidence had been betrayed by ambiguous financial transactions and subpar medical treatment. However, the court opted not to move further with their case in August, prompting the members to file an appeal.
Keena (Song Jakyung), one of the members, returned to ATTRAKT instead of continuing with the appeal. The Givers’ producer Ahn Sung Il was the one she blamed for starting the fight, according to her. Saena, Sio, and Aran, on the other hand, thought that the true problem was ATTRAKT’s handling of finances and contracts.
Consequently, ATTRAKT proceeded to sue the three members—Ahn Sung Il, Baek Jin Sil, and their parents—for breach of contract and other unlawful acts.
