For a while now, the girl group Fifty Fifty has been moving up the Billboard music charts. They’re breaking records and becoming well-known in the music industry. Their popular song “Cupid” is still making lots of people happy and is getting more popular with new listeners. Because of this, Fifty Fifty has reached a new position on the Billboard charts, which is a big deal.

“Cupid” is a catchy pop song that a lot of people like. It’s now listed on the Ad*lt Contemporary chart, which is a list of songs that older listeners, who enjoy pop music, like to listen to on the radio in the United States. This week, “Cupid” starts at number 27 on this list, which has 30 spots in total.
This is a big achievement for Fifty Fifty, who is from South Korea. Not many music acts from their country get on this Ad*lt Contemporary chart. Only the famous group BTS managed to do it before.
BTS did it a few years ago. So far, Fifty Fifty and BTS are the only South Korean groups on this chart. Fifty is actually the first South Korean girl group to make it on this list.
BTS made it possible for South Korean artists to be on this Ad*lt Contemporary chart in 2020. Their song “Dynamite” was a huge hit and reached number 16 on this chart. The next year, another BTS song called “Butter” got close and reached number 25 on the chart.
The song “Cupid” by Fifty Fifty is staying popular for a long time, not just a short time. It has been on the Hot 100 chart for an impressive 21 weeks. Among all K-pop songs, “Cupid” is now the third-longest-running song in the history of the Hot 100 chart.
