J-Hope, who is the main dancer of the BTS Group, recently released his second solo album, “Hope on the Street Vol. 1.” The show will first appear on streaming platforms worldwide on March 29th at midnight Eastern Time.
There is not much information available on the internet about the specific song of the album. But hopefully as the album name “Hope on the Street Vol. 1.” suggests, it tells the story of J-Hope beginning from as a street dancer to becoming a member of BTS.

“Hope on the Street Vol. 1” is available in two versions: VER.1 Prelude and VER.2 Interlude. The full list of songs for the album hasn’t been shared yet, but from what we found on the internet, here are a few expected ones.
- On the Street (solo version)
- I Wonder (featuring Jung Kook)
- Lock/ unlock (feat. Benny Blanco, Nile Rodgers)
- I don’t know (feat. LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin)
- What if… (dance mix with JINBO the SuperFreak)
- NEURON (feat. Gaeko and Yoon Mirae)
The press release of the six-track EP has many different sounds and feelings. It shows how skilled and deep J-hope is in music.
It has some special guests like Jung Kook in “I Wonder,” Benny Blanco, and Nile Rodgers from Chic in “Lock/unlock.” Also, there’s a dance version of “What If” with Jinbo the SuperFreak and “NEURON” with Gaeko from Dynamic Duo and Yoonmirae.

The song is influenced by old-school hip-hop from the 2000s, which had a big impact on J-hope as an artist. It matches the album’s theme of exploring his artistic roots in street dance and expresses his motivation for life and a fresh start.
The project includes four new songs, a solo version of ‘On the Street’ (originally released in 2023 with J. Cole), and a dance mix of Hope’s 2022 song ‘What If.’

Then, in August 2023, they put out a special version of the album called the HOPE Edition. It had the original songs from the album and also included three live recordings from when Hope performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago in 2022, plus two instrumental tracks.
The Prime Video account just put up the trailer for “HOPE ON THE STREET” on YouTube. After Hope’s solo album ‘Jack in the Box’ in 2022, they released a mini-album. It did well, reaching number six on the Billboard 200 albums chart.
In the teaser “Hope On The Street”, BTS’ J-Hope reveals his past struggles, giving fans a sneak peek into his journey. Through this clip, he opens up about the challenges he faced on his road to success.
