A new drama will feature Ji Sung and Jeon Mi Do as co-stars! Ji Sung and Jeon Mi Do have been cast in the upcoming drama ‘Connection’ (literal title),” according to an announcement made by SBS on December 11.
As the plot of the crime investigation thriller drama “Connection” unfolds, it follows the life of a high school pal who passes away, leaving behind 5 billion won (about $3.7 million) in insurance, and how that friendship becomes twisted. Lee Tae Gon and Lee Hyun, who collaborated on JTBC’s “Diary of a Prosecutor,” will be back together for another project.
Actor Ji Sung will play the role of Anhyun Police Station’s narcotics team inspector Jang Jae Kyung, a respected and trusted figure among both his junior and senior colleagues. In order to avoid compromising his principles at work or with his loved ones, Jang Jae Kyung maintains a professional distance.
