A glimpse of Kim Moo Yeol’s character has been revealed in the latest part of the popular film “The Outlaws”!
In “The Roundup: Punishment,” the fourth installment of Ma Dong Seok’s popular action film “The Outlaws,” detective Ma Seok Do (Ma Dong Seok) teams up with Jang Yi Soo (Park Ji Hwan) and the Metropolitan Police Investigation Unit and Cyber Team to take on villains Baek Chang Ki (Kim Moo Yeol).

An ex-special forces mercenary who runs an illegal gambling organization online, and Jang Dong Chul (Lee Dong Hwi), an IT genius.
Baek Chang Ki has emerged as the latest villain in the series, and the freshly published images show him radiating an air of formidable charisma and unwavering determination. Baek Chang Ki, who has served in the special forces, is portrayed as a cold-blooded killer who will stop at nothing to further his own interests and is willing to do everything to get what he wants.
More pictures illustrate how skilled Baek Chang Ki is in battle, how he uses his trademark blade with accuracy and how his menacing stare guarantees disaster for anyone who dares to cross him.
“I made efforts not just to gain weight indiscriminately but to build a body suitable for the character Baek Chang Ki,” Kim Moo Yeol said, revealing that he gained 10 kilograms (approximately 22 pounds) of weight to perfectly showcase Baek Chang Ki’s robust yet agile action.

Baek wields a dagger and relies on technique to overpower his opponents. I remember devoting an entire day to brainstorming with the rest of the cast and crew about how to give Baek Chang Ki more villainous tendencies.
“Baek Chang Ki is a man of action, not words, so he adeptly navigates crises as they arise,” Kim Moo Yeol teased, building anticipation for his character. He is incredibly skilled in battle.
