Kim Sae Ron Will Stand Trial After Being Charged With Dui

Kim Sae Ron: The prosecution has filed charges against the actress Kim Sae Ron for driving under the influence. The Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office, Choi Woo Young, reportedly indicted Kim Sae Ron on accusations of breaking the ‘Road Traffic Act’ with her DUI without detaining her on December 19th, according to reliable legal sources.

The charges against her have been made public, and she will soon be brought to trial. Her co-accused passenger will also stand a test for aiding and abetting her DUI.

The actress was arrested for DUI on May 18 after she crashed into a guardrail, roadside ditch, and a transformer on Gangnam street. While driving, her blood alcohol content was 0.2%. The prosecution was brought into Kim Sae Ron’s case on June 28.
