Rapper and singer-songwriter Lim Young Min, also known as Young Min, is from South Korea and is signed to Brand New Music. He was a founding member and project unit MXM leader of the boy band AB6IX. He also participates in the YDPP project group.

In 2017, Youngmin and four other trainees from his company, Brand New Music, took part in the second season of Mnet’s survival television program, Produce 101. He was unable to make his Wanna One debut because he was ousted in episode 11 after finishing in the 15th position.

On September 6, 2017, he and Kim Dong Hyun, another Produce 101 student who had been ousted, made their debut as the duo MXM with the release of the mini album Unmix and its first single, “I’m The One.” The pair is also a part of the BRANDNEWBOYS, the forthcoming boy band from Brand New Music.
