LUN8 Announces Official Japan Debut With ‘Evergreen’ Single Launching June 19
LUN8, the group, is getting ready to make its first appearance in Japan with their new song ‘Evergreen’ coming out on June 19th. This song will have five tracks in total, including the main song ‘Evergreen’, another song called ‘My Tune’, a brand-new Japanese song called ‘LOUDER’, the Japanese version of their first song ‘Wild Heart’, and the Japanese version of ‘PASTEL’ from their second mini-album.
For the main song ‘Evergreen’, LUN8 is working together with songwriter Hiromi and composer T-SK. These two have worked on songs for other groups like LE SSERAFIM, IVE, and Tourists.
Also, ‘Evergreen’ will be the opening theme song for the popular Japanese TV show ‘Buzz Rhythm 02’ in July, making K-pop fans really excited.

The extra song ‘My Tune’ is made by Daisuke “D.I” Imai, who’s known for working with big artists like TVXQ, BoA, EXILE, and CHEMISTRY. This adds more flavor and charm to LUN8’s music.
After their first song comes out in Japan, LUN8 will be doing lots of stuff there, like events and promotions, to reach more people around the world. Having a Japanese member, Takuma will make it easier for them to connect with local fans.
LUN8 started their journey last June with their first small album ‘CONTINUE?’ and they’ve been doing great, with their second small album ‘BUFF’ reaching high spots on the charts in Japan, Indonesia, and Turkey when it came out in March. They’ve also done well with their songs ‘PASTEL’ and ‘SUPER POWER’.
Before they officially start in Japan, LUN8 will stay busy by performing at the ‘2024 Busan One Asia Festival (2024 BOF) Big Concert’ in Busan on June 8th.
