My Dress-Up Darling Episode 10: Storyline

Before we go into episode 8, let’s go over a quick recap of the anime series. The story follows the lives of two striving high-school students. It’s about a high school student with a one-of-a-kind talent and a desire to master Hina doll making. Wakana Gojo is his given name. He grew up without parents, raised by his grandfather, who was also a Hina Doll artist and inspired his grandson.

The plot begins with Gojo being recognised by Marin Kitagawa, a fellow high school student and classmate. She saw him make one of these doll costumes for the first time in one of their school labs during their first semester together. Kitagawa also has a unique ambition: to cosplay as one of her favourite video game characters.

As a result, Kitagawa seized the chance and asked Wakana to build her a costume based on her favourite video game character. Wakana had never built a human-sized outfit before, so he was hesitant at first. Then, impressed by Kitagawa’s determination and passion, he agreed to accept the task and construct the costume for her.

My Dress-Up Darling Episode 10: Cast

Because it is a chick-flick anime, the characters’ naivety and charming nature provide a lot of depth to the plot and the feelings that the script seeks to communicate. As a result, we must honour the characters’ creation and the voice cast behind them.

The passionate voicing of Shya Ishige in Japanese and Paul Dateh and Jack Britton in English has brought Wakana Gojo to life. He was a massive man with a towering stature. He had been bullied as a child, which left him traumatised.

Marin Kitagawa, who was voiced by Hina Sugata in Japanese and Amanda Lee in English, is the second important character.
