At the Anime Japan 2024 event on Sunday, March 24, 2024, fans got some thrilling news about the Plus-Sized Elf anime.

About Plus-Sized Elf
This anime is based on Synecdoche’s hilarious manga series, which follows the adventures of an elf with a big appetite for junk food.
The manga originally ran from December 2016 to May 2021, with a continuation series called Plus-Sized Elf: Second Helping starting in October 2021.
Character Descriptions
The new visual gives us a glimpse of Elfuda, Kuroeda (the dark elf), Oga, and the protagonist, Tomoatsu Naoe.
It shows Elfuda enjoying some french fries while glaring at Kuroeda, with Oga trying to calm the situation. Naoe is there too, observing silently. Each character is sporting their signature outfits.
At the event, we learned more about the main characters. Elfuda is an elf who’s become obsessed with junk food in the human world.
Kuroeda, despite being a dark elf, has a serious personality and works at a convenience store.
Oga is an ogre who loves to drink in the human world, and Naoe is a massage therapist whose life changes after meeting Elfuda.
Synopsis
Plus-Sized Elf follows the story of Naoe-kun, a massage therapist who encounters a peculiar patient. She looks like an elf in every way except for one – she’s curvaceous.
