Shameless Season 2 Plotline-

A few weeks after what happened in season one, the second season kicks off. In the lives of friends and family members of the Gallagher family, things are changing: Fiona is now working as a bartender alongside Veronica; Ian is considering attending West Point; Mickey is sent back to prison for punching a cop; Karen has joined Sex Addicts Anonymous with her new partner Jody; Tony is now living next door to the Gallaghers; Kevin and Veronica begin trying for a baby.

In the absence of Steve’s company, Fiona struggles to find someone to share her life with and is disappointed when Steve returns home to discover him married to Estefania, the daughter of a drug trafficker. Steve seeks to smuggle Marco into the United States in order to win back Fiona’s affections after discovering that Estefania is still interested in her ex-lover, Marco.

In the meantime, Karen discovers she’s pregnant and indicates to Lip that he’s the father. After a whirlwind romance, Karen recognises that her marriage to Jody was a mistake and ends the relationship, allowing Lip back into her life.

Karen begins to have doubts about her ability to be a mother as her pregnancy continues, and she ultimately decides to place her child for adoption, much to Lip’s dismay. Lip and Fiona have a falling out over his decision to drop out of school in the wake of his near-death experience as a father.

Shameless Season 2 Trailer-

Shameless is one of the funniest shows on television, hands down. All seven members of William H. Macy’s family and their acquaintances are involved in a wide range of misdeeds, including but not limited to: cheating on the SATs, chronic belligerent alcoholism, scamming the Veterans Administration (VA), interracial children, and the kidnapping of other children. It’s amusing, stupid, and worth watching. Here’s what Season 2 has in store.

In the aftermath of Lip’s return to school, he and Fiona reconciled. Several new storylines are introduced in the season finale, including Sheila and Jody’s new relationship, Karen’s baby being dubbed “Hymie” after “Hiram.” Karen runs away from home after being rejected by her mother, effectively ruining their relationship.

Steve and Fiona are back together, and the family now refers to him as “Jimmy.” In the last moments of the season, the family gets rid of Frank, knocking him out of their house and out of their good graces.
