His exit signifies a dramatic change, particularly considering that AOMG has lately lost several important artists, including Lee Hi, Gray, Woo Won Jae, and Code Kunst, as a result of CEO DJ Pumpkin’s resignation.
AOMG has recently stated, “We mutually agreed to conclude our artist contract with Simon Dominic in February and are currently in the process of finalizing the details. Both parties will continue to operate diligently as a label and artist until everything is settled.”
Simon Dominic started his career in 2005, and in 2007 he became well-known as a member of the duet Supreme Team. He is now regarded as a major player in the Korean hip-hop industry.
In addition to his music career, he has been in a number of TV series, including “High School Rapper,” “Somebody,” “I Live Alone,” “Witch Hunt,” and “Show Me the Money.” Additionally, he took part in the MSG Wannabe project group on the program “Hangout with Yoo.”
