MIRAE
In 2021, DSP Media launched a South Korean boy band known as Mirae. Lien, Lee Jun-hyuk, Yoo Dou-Hyun, Khael, Son Dong-Pyo, Park Si-young, and Jang Yu-bin are the seven members of the band. On March 17, 2021, the band released their first EP, Killa.
MIRAE is an acronym for “Miracle in the Age of Exploration,” which describes the band’s mission. “Future Boys” is what the Korean term signifies. Korean characters representing the band’s name are included in the design of the logo.
The boys’ aspiration to usher in a new era of K-pop inspired the group’s moniker, “Future Boys,” which they believe appropriately describes them. The four Korean consonants that make up their group’s name are arranged in a hexagon.
DSP N revealed on their fancafé that they would be known as MIRAE effective midnight on February 1, 2021. A motion logo tell came along with the launch of their official social media profiles. DSP Media shared the news of the group’s debut on February 22.
