Sung Ki Hoon’s determination to get revenge is palpable in the sneak peek. Simultaneously, the still-cut photographs that were revealed give viewers a taste of what’s to come in the story that will center on Sung Ki Hoon. These pictures also bring to light new questions regarding the game and Lee Byung Hun’s character, the enigmatic lead.

What’s in Store for Lee Jung-jae’s Seong Gi-hun in ‘Squid Game’ Season Two?

Returning for season two is Lee Jung-jae as Seong Gi-hun, the ruthless champion from the first season who, in a surprising turn of events, decided in the season finale to return for more bloodthirsty children’s games.

Gi-hun, sporting the fiery pink hairstyle he adopted after Squid Game, strolls through an airport in Thursday’s sneak look. He picks up the phone and hears an angry, vengeful voice. “The decision you made will be deeply regretted,” the Korean game master warns.
