Teaser Poster for Stray Kids: Stray Kids released a coming soon teaser poster for ‘SKZ-REPLAY’ on December 14. An old cassette tape with the date December 21 was shown in the teaser image. On December 21 at 18:00 KST, a new app called ‘SKZ-REPLAY’ will be made available, fusing the features of ‘SKZ-Record’ and ‘SKZ-Player.
The South Korean boy band Stray Kids was created by JYP Entertainment and first debuted in 2017 on the show of the same name. Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. are the band’s eight members.
The original lineup consisted of nine members, however, in October of this year, Woojin left the band for personal reasons. After releasing a pre-debut EP, Mixtape, in January of 2018, Stray Kids made their proper debut on March 25 with the EP I Am Not, and have since released two more EPs in the I Am series, I Am Who and I Am You.
In 2019, three extended plays (EPs) titled Clé 1: Miroh, Clé 2: Yellow Wood, and Clé: Levanter were released. The group’s debut album, 2020’s Go Live, was certified platinum by the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA).

This year also marked the release of Stray Kids’ first album in Japan, a greatest hits collection titled SKZ2020 on Epic Records Japan. As of 2021, Noeasy, Stray Kids’ second studio album, had sold a million copies. In order to promote their music in the United States, the band inked a deal with Republic Records.
The two EPs that followed, Oddinary and Maxident, both debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 and the UK Albums Chart, respectively.
KMCA is the second group, after BTS, to have triple-million album sales confirmed by the record label. Over 10 million copies of Stray Kids’ albums (including both the Korean and Japanese versions) have been shipped as of October 2022.
