The Escape Of The Seven Season 2′ Gets a New Director
SBS has announced that “The Last Empress” and “The Penthouse: War in Life” trilogy director Joo Dong Min will not return for Season 2. The second season of “The Escape of the Seven” will be directed by his co-director from the first season.
Representatives have confirmed that “Director Oh Joon Hyuk, who co-directed Season 1, will be helming Season 2,” adding, “The decision was made in accordance with internal discussions.”

The critically acclaimed series “The Penthouse” was co-created by director Joo Dong Min and writer Kim Soon Ok, who later collaborated with Dong Min on “The Last Empress” and “The Escape of the Seven.”
It’s worth noting that the current SBS show has been criticized for having unnecessarily explicit and dramatic sequences, which have left some fans feeling let down.
“The Escape of the Seven” received eight official complaints after the outcry. As a result, the Defense Commission has read the civil complaint and determined whether or not it should be added to the agenda for further discussion.

Uhm Ki Joon
Uhm Ki Joon is a famous Seoul-born South Korean performer. He has a lot of fame as a singer-entertainer. Beginning in 1996, he has since made an appearance in a long list of critically acclaimed musicals.
He co-starred in Lee Ki Chan and Kim Sun Ah’s “Three Individuals” music video and appeared in Toy’s “Annyeong Seumusal” music video. He took the place of Very Junior’s Cho Kyu Hyun in the musical The Three Musketeers.
