The application was accepted on April 24 KST after being filed through the Seoul Central District Court by means of their law firm, Seojeong Law Firm.
The legal action is a result of a lawsuit that ATTRAKT filed on September 27, last year, alleging that The Givers and its management violated their contracts and engaged in unlawful activity. The 1 billion won temporary seizure is intended to protect assets while the primary litigation is being resolved.
Seojeong Law Firm stressed the need for this action, expressing worries about future execution challenges related to damages awarded.
