The Killer’s Game
The film is adapted from the original novel of the same name, written by Jay Bonansinga and first published in 1997. In the movie, Dave Bautista will star as Joe Flood, a hitman diagnosed with a terminal illness who decides to take control of his fate.
Joe puts a hit out on himself, but complications arise when the hitmen target his ex-girlfriend, played by Sofia Boutella. Now, Joe must protect his former flame from the assassins and win her back before it’s too late.
Bautista recently appeared in Dune: Part Two, released earlier this year. With significant success in his on-screen endeavors, the former WWE star is eyeing a directorial debut next year.
