Dwight “The General” Manfredi, portrayed by Stallone, is a convicted mobster who spent 25 years in prison on behalf of the Invernizzi family. In spite of the fact that his wife divorced him and he hasn’t spoken to his daughter in over 18 years, he believes he deserves praise for being a man.
And for that to happen in the Big Apple. To make matters worse, Dwight is met with indifference when his boss informs him and Pete “The Rock” Invernizzi’s (A.C. Peterson) son Chickie (Dominick Lombardo) that they no longer require his services in New York.
Dwight is being sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma because there is nowhere else for him to go. As soon as Dwight touches down in the oil capital of the world, he gives Bodhi, the owner of a small cannabis business, a 20% discount (Martin Starr).
Tyson, a hired driver, introduces him to Mitch, a young man with whom he has a lot in common (Garret Hedlund). In the end, Dwight finds a pretty woman of about his own age and brings her home for the night.
After having a one-night stand with The General, Stacy Beale is disturbed to learn that he is 75 years old. The fact that she learns at an ATF conference that he is a well-known member of organised crime doesn’t help matters. That’s right, a mafia slept with an ATF agent.
Predictions For Tulsa King Episode 2
Stallone’s Dwight doubts the legitimacy of Bodhi’s cannabis provider. He warns that you should exercise caution since some of these businesses may actually be fronts for more sinister entities like gangs, cartels, or even the government itself.
Given that Dwight is a man who thinks about the larger picture, I anticipate future tensions. Why shouldn’t he just force his way into the high-priced, newly-legalized drug farms and sell to the end user himself?
Agent Beale will be into serious problems if she doesn’t tell the ATF about her romantic involvement with Dwight. Will Tulsa King use the tired trope of having her deny the connection? Alternatively, the government might be able to send Beale undercover.
The second option is the one I’m going to go with. I get the feeling that Mitch, played by Garrett Hedlund, will be Dwight’s second in command. A Dante by way of Silvio. Tulsa King’s The Bada Bing will be his new watering hole.

The Invernizzi won’t leave Dwight alone, that’s for sure. Expect Chickie and Vince to shove their noses where they don’t belong as Dwight demands complete independence and their salary rises along with his.
