Taylor Sheridan, the creator of Yellowstone, has seen even greater success with his most recent cowboy/mafia thriller, Tulsa King. The mobster at the core of the show is released from prison and sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dwight (Sylvester Stallone) aims to start his own family and rule Tulsa after gathering a motley group of misfits.
Given the success of the program, there is much rumor surrounding the possibility of a second season of Tulsa King. The series finale ended on a cliffhanger even though it appeared that Dwight and company will have a happy ending.
The final scene depicts Dwight’s daughter Tina (Tatiana Zappardino) watching her father leave in handcuffs once the ATF/FBI had successfully apprehended him. Many unsolved questions were raised by the conclusion. The second season of Tulsa King, which airs on Paramount+, has been ordered.
Tulsa King Season 2 Release Date
The production schedule for Season 1 of Tulsa King may offer viewers a glimpse as to what to anticipate, even if Paramount+ hasn’t said when the show will return. The first announcement for the show came in December 2021. (then named an earlier iteration, Kansas City).
According to Tulsa World, filming in Oklahoma City started in March 2022, and barely eight months later, in November, the show was ready to air. This schedule makes it very likely that the Tulsa King Season 2 debut will occur by the end of 2023.

Tulsa King Season 2 Plot
There were some unexpected turns in the first season finale. The death of biker gang boss Caolan Waltrip (played by Ritchie Coster) and the news that ATF agent Stacy Beale (Andrea Savage), who was shot in the previous episode, had survived were the two main stories of the first season finale.
The biggest development of the season, though, happened in the final few seconds. At the conclusion of the episode, Stacy arranges for the arrest of Dwight (Sylvester Stallone) for buying a federal agent. Phil Collins is playing him off as they drive him away while handcuffing him.
One thing is certain after a cliffhanger conclusion: the General will eventually be released from custody. He’s detained because he paid off a federal agent. This could be part of a larger scheme to gain control of the Invernizzi family. It is challenging to foretell the course of these thrillers, I suppose. We ought to watch for new developments.
