With their most recent releaase, TXT is reaching new heights in France! The new mini album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” by TXT arrived at No. 3 on France’s National Syndicate of Phonographic Publishing’s weekly Top Albums chart, the organization reported on February 3 local time.
With this accomplishment, TXT joins BTS and BLACKPINK as the only K-pop artists to reach the top three on the French chart. Blackpink just climbed to No. 3 with their most recent album, “BORN PINK,” whereas BTS previously held the top spot on the chart with their albums “Map of the Soul: 7” and “BE” (in addition to peaking at No. 2 with “Proof”).
In the meantime, “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” made its debut this week on the Offizielle Deutsche Charts’ Top 100 Album Chart at No. 15 in Germany. Additionally, the new title track from TXT, “Sugar Rush Ride,” debuted this week at No. 68 on the Official Singles Sales Chart and No. 65 on the Official Singles Downloads Chart in the UK.

TXT (TEE-eks-tee) is the abbreviation for Tomorrow X Together, a South Korean boy band created by Big Hit Entertainment, now known as Big Hit Music (Korean: Japanese: Tomorrow by Together, stylized X TOMORROW TOGETHER). Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai make up the group.
The Dream Chapter: Star, an extended play (EP), served as their debut on March 4, 2019. The EP was the highest-charting debut album by a male K-pop group at the time, debuting and peaking at number one on the Gaon Album Chart, Billboard World Albums Chart, and US Billboard 200.

TXT became the second-fastest K-pop group to debut on the latter and the first with its lead single “Crown,” which debuted at the top of the Billboard World Digital Songs list and number one on the Billboard Emerging Artists chart.
Several new artist awards were given to the group as a result of their early commercial success, including Rookie of the Year at the 34th Golden Disc Awards and the 2019 Melon Music Awards, New Artist of the Year at the 9th Gaon Chart Music Awards, and Best New Male Artist at the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards.
