Victoria Justice Early Life
Victoria Dawn Justice was born in Hollywood, Florida, on February 19, 1993. Her ancestry is a mix of both European and Puerto Rican. Victoria moved to Hollywood, California in 2003 with her family, where she was raised alongside a younger half-sister.
