Wayv Breaks His Own Record: WayV set a new milestone for themselves with their fourth mini-album. The boy group’s much-anticipated return album, “Phantom,” sold 165,411 copies in its first week of availability, according to the Hanteo chart, breaking their previous sales record.
‘Phantom’ has surpassed ‘Kick Back,’ WayV’s third mini-album, which had approximately 128,000 album sales in the first week, to become the group’s best-selling album in first-week sales.

WayV
WayV, also known as We Are Your Vision, is a Chinese boy band and the fourth overall sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT. It is managed by Label V, the Chinese division of SM Entertainment. The group consists of seven individuals: Yangyang, Kun, Ten, Winwin, Lucas, Xiaojun, and Hendery. On January 17, 2019, they made their digital extended play (EP) The Vision debut.
Numerous awards from both domestic and international competitions have been given to the trio, including Favorite Asian Artist at the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards and Best Dance Performance (Chinese) at the Asian Pop Music Awards for their song “Kick Back” from 2021.
