First-person shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was released in 2009 by Infinity Ward and Activision. It’s the follow-up to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, the series’ previous entry. On November 10, 2009, it was published globally for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
