WEi Will Release Christmas Album: WEi has announced that they will be releasing a holiday album. The CD, titled “Gift For You,” is a holiday present to WEi’s fans and will be published in the middle of December.
Reportedly, Donghan and Seokhwa of WEi were in a car accident not long ago, necessitating medical attention and a temporary halt to the group’s operations.
Because of this problem, the album’s followers are demanding that it be distributed in digital format without any sort of promotion. The album is set for release on December 13 (Korean Standard Time).

Later, in June 2018 and July 2019, Donghan and Daehyeon released their first albums as separate artists. Seokhwa was a trainee at YG Entertainment who appeared on YG Treasure Box but was cut from the show’s official debut cast.
Yongha and Junseo, both of whom competed in Under Nineteen and made it to the debut lineup after placing sixth and ninth, respectively, in the competition. They first appeared publicly as 1the9 on April 13, 2019, and will no longer be performing together after August 8, 2020.
On Produce X 101, Yohan and Seokhwa competed. Yohan, who barely had three months of preparation time, represented Oui Entertainment. As an individual trainee, Seokhwa placed 35th and was consequently eliminated.
A month later, Yohan recommended that he join Oui Entertainment, and he did just that. Yohan placed first, and on August 27, 2019, he made his debut as a member and the group’s hub in the band X1. However, as a result of the Mnet vote manipulation probe, X1 disbanded on January 6, 2020.
